Intelligently planned and on a suitable plot, that would indeed be a very interesting project. The plan the OP presented here is out of the question. The plans I used to draw out of boredom during lessons at school back then were three times better in terms of their functionality.
But if the OP likes it and can afford it, he should build it. Nobody who doesn't like it has to live there or buy the house.

@OP: completely disregarding the taste (sun position, fundamental practicality of the floor plan) of others is risky in view of a possible later necessary sale (e.g., in case of divorce, unemployment, death). You can consider this aspect, but you don't have to.

The question of size really only arises in relation to the seemingly very ambitious budget.
A house of this size is never an efficient house – but apparently, that is not the priority here – the penny pincher is taking a break.
With the very large rooms, I would pay attention to an appropriate ceiling height and acoustic optimization so that one can feel comfortable in the room. This is additionally at odds with the budget.
The generosity does not appear to be evenly distributed to me. Surely you are right that other children would be happy to have a bathroom at all. The measure to arrange the children's bathroom in this way is not out of necessity given the targeted area. For this reason alone, I would look for alternatives.

Especially good: I think the idea of an inner courtyard is great if it matches the lifestyle preferences and habits.
Especially bad: The ratio of size to utility value. Even if you build large, it is worth considering how living in the rooms feels and what routes you take. Here, I see no alignment with a life concept.
Especially bad: The ratio of unnecessary sealing of surfaces to plot size. I feel this way with many houses, however.

To me, it looks like many individual wishes have been summarized into a sequence of rooms. Aligning these individual wishes and uniting them into a consistent concept would benefit the architecture. I do not like the shown design – which does not have to be a standard. I have the association to a Hummer H1 without off-road capability: big, heavy, outdated, surprisingly little usable inside, and a question mark about the whole purpose.
