In fact, most houses do not have 2 bathrooms as standard. Nowadays, bathrooms are usually built in the attic. Occasionally, you will find a children's bathroom as well. So 2 fully equipped bathrooms are definitely not standard.

Standard is:

1 fully equipped bathroom in the attic 1 guest WC without shower etc. (only toilet + washbasin) on the ground floor

Exactly for that reason no one can afford a house anymore. I am someone who always preaches a certain "standard" or an average price here, which is always above the "from" prices of discount providers. But two bathrooms are considered a luxury today, not a standard. Most houses simply do not have two bathrooms. If they do, the guest WC is upgraded with a shower.

A cleaning lady is no longer a big luxury today. Most work off the books for 15-20€ an hour. If you let her bustle around the house once a week for 3 hours, you get great added value for relatively little money. One less pizza is ordered once a week. *Off topic over*
