We are making good progress.

- The plumber has installed a hot water pipe in the guest WC and installed all the flush tanks and connections in the house according to our wishes. Supply and waste pipes completely renewed, radiators are already on site and pre-installed.

- Electrician is currently working inside and will finish the complete rough installation next week.

- Windows are coming next Tuesday.

- Afterwards, the balcony will be done.

- Bathrooms in April.

- Walls closed, floors in, kitchen and finished.

So far no downtime, everything is running. I am curious about the windows, because of [Corona], delays may occur here.

So far everything is good, let’s hope it continues like this.

Update 20.07:

- Electrical work finished, the sub-distribution in the basement was done last week, the rest will be done when the plasterers are finished outside
- Windows are installed, there were a few minor issues here and there, but they were fixed without any problems by the window installation company
- Water supply pipes in the house have been 80% replaced, the ones we kept were from the late 90s and looked good
- Wastewater pipes have been 98% replaced. We kept two small sections in the guest WC because they were in good condition, the rest was replaced
- Heating pipes were kept because they were in good condition
- Sloped ceilings in the rooms insulated, but not doubled, the top floor ceiling will be insulated soon
- Both bathrooms – guest WC and upstairs bathroom – newly tiled and fitted with new connections
- Doors adapted to standard dimensions
- Balcony resealed and equipped with a natural stone carpet
- Radiators newly ordered

- Interior doors have been ordered, a bit of country house style, the kitchen was also tiled and ordered, it should arrive at the end of August, parquet was bought already in March, it will be installed after the plasterers

The plasterers have been working inside since today. Except for the KZ and the office, all walls will be plastered and the ceilings covered with woodchip wallpaper. KZ and office will be completely wallpapered. The office might become a second KZ at some point, giving you more design options then.
