Unfortunately, I only have the documents for the entire new development area so far. The detailed development plan can be found on the internet by googling "Am Brunkenberg." We were actually supposed to have signed the contract a long time ago, but now it will probably take another 6-8 weeks. Which documents would you like to have in more detail?

Can you set up the floor plan as you want with measurements. Graph paper is enough.

here is a catalog house with a built-in basement. What can you say about it?
Do you need the basement like that?
How should the ground floor be designed.

I have no idea what Danwood costs, but with a slope I don't see the house fitting the budget. Or are additional construction costs like earthworks to be added

Can't the dimensions be seen on the floor plan? Or what is it about? I'm a bit confused.

If you look at the room concept, we simply need the space. This could be gained here through additional rooms in the basement. The costs to support and fill the slope are relatively high compared to a basement.

The mentioned budget is only for the house with basement. Additional construction costs are not included.

I don't see any dimensions for the individual rooms. Where is the 2 m line on the upper floor? You have in the concept 2 entrances 2 technical rooms 3 maybe 4 bathrooms 1 oversized study No wardrobe Filling is a crazy idea, that's true. But simply adding a basement and not adjusting the ground floor does not make sense. The earthworks also cost money for the basement. Plan a buffer for possible changes due to structural engineering. Don't forget the removal of the excavated material.

We do not have a more detailed plan yet because we are still in the phase of receiving offers - hence the many questions here.
The technical room on the ground floor is omitted; it will be a pantry/storage room. I have adjusted it here based on the floor plan.

On the ground floor, there is only a guest toilet; on the upper floor, there are 2 bathrooms; in the basement, we currently only have preparations planned for a bathroom in case we might need it later. Therefore, 2 bathrooms plus 1 guest toilet.

The wardrobe is located in the entrance area of the basement. Do you think this area should possibly be enlarged?

The large study in the basement is actually intentional, as it will serve as both a work and exercise room.

If the garage is built on the boundary, there may be no terrace on it.
