Do you want to explain yourself what you are thinking about this?
And could you please upload the floor plans in better quality? Important numbers cannot be read.

For §34 I see complications in the approval. In principle, I do not find the exterior view bad. Specialists are welcome to judge the floor plan. Depending on the execution, the construction costs are estimated too low. I would no longer build today without controlled residential ventilation. However, I would not yet call it Bauhaus. Cubist with a flat roof fits better.

About the design: at first glance, I liked the approach. But the kitchen becomes really dark, and when guests are there, you can no longer easily get into the kitchen niche. It won’t be easy to work there with two people either. Where exactly are the refrigerator and the oven? I find the workflow for quite a few daily tasks here rather complicated and not smooth. Not even remotely smooth. The stairs look very steep or short to me. Basically, there is a complete lack of storage space. The scarce 7 sqm are enough for one shelf with tools, light bulbs, and cleaning supplies. I see no space for drying easy-care laundry, no beverage crates, decorative stuff, mop bucket, yellow sack, and ironing board. ([Alles Platzhalter für so vieles]) The questionnaire unfortunately hasn’t been filled out regarding number of people and preferences, needs. You see the current state, but don’t know the desired state. Since everything is pinned in posts, I’ll save myself links and further explanations.

Basically quite good, but everything is way too small. 170m2 and Bauhaus don't fit together. I think 50m2 more and everything would become much more spacious.

first of all the floor plans a bit sharper

We are a total of 5, 2 adults, 3 children

Yes

No, only sliding

We were inspired (see attachment), and we liked this design very much:

And: If everyone builds like in the surroundings here from the 30s, then we would hardly have any modern buildings:

Our planner has incorporated his experience from current projects here.

Thanks, I will think about it again.

Everything should go into the big garage ;-)
