The OP never stated such a reprehensible motivation, but merely dismissed the warning by saying that the Gänzlichandershaus is also a gain for the neighbors if you want to look at it that way. And I say, no, better forget that, I don’t think they’re happy about it. It’s pretty heated here at the moment; as the OP I would also keep a low profile until the lead smoke in the air has cleared — that’s safer. The presumably hoped-for comments (oh, try this dove blue, that’s nice too) are not coming at the moment. Maybe he is waiting for me to strike a conciliatory tone and, for example, point to the thread by .

How am I supposed to understand that :-) You definitely can't compare the planning costs with mine...

Did you manage with your initially planned budget for the house construction?

We are still building and had plastering done 2 weeks ago. According to the current projection, I am on track. However, it must be said that a lot of own work and good connections are involved here. In return, a higher standard, such as KNX, continuous parquet flooring, high-quality windows, lime plaster. Own work includes water/sewage installation, heating, electrical, drywall, roof insulation, and the usual like laying floors and painting. We only had a permit plan signed off by an 85-year-old architect and assigned the rest ourselves. The shell builder is an acquaintance who has already built the 3rd house in the family.
