So, I also don’t find the practice cubicle very appealing, but above all, it will certainly become expensive.
Here’s my attempt, assuming you find someone for cohousing.

Here’s my attempt, assuming you find someone for cohousing.
Ground floor:
[*]In the front will be your living area with a separated small office/PC corner with a large sliding door in front. Practice hours will also take place here.
[*]The washing machine comes out of the technical room; instead, there will be space for mop and vacuum cleaner there.
[*]The kitchen moves from the middle to the room towards the terrace. Dishwasher and washing machine, both could be freestanding units, on a pedestal in the niche with a countertop above. Above that could be hanging cabinets. This ensures both are at a comfortable height.
[*]On the other side of the niche, a 40 cm pantry cupboard and 2 oven cabinets arranged so that they end exactly with the wall on the right side.
[*]Then 3x80 cm units as the cooking island and at the end a refrigerator, which can be easily reached from both the dining table and the prep half-island.
[*]To the right, space for a nice bench with at least a 200 cm table.
Upper floor:
[*]2 bedrooms each for beds with max. 140 cm mattresses and max. 4 m wardrobes
[*]The large room can become the living area for the cohouser.
[*]If you live alone, one of the bedrooms can become a closet room and in the other there is only a wide bed. You can then use the living area for anything you want.
