I need to ask if the installation can be postponed a bit. The washing machine will definitely go upstairs.

Where exactly do you think the building services should go? There are already piping requirements... And honestly? If I need a therapist, then when talking I also need some space between him and me. Your little room, which is under 8 sqm below, I don't know if officially it no longer qualifies as a habitable room, and also without a window, I don't think you'll get that approved. And as I already said: two armchairs, each with a side table, preferably a plant in the corner, but definitely some distance, please. But you should know that yourself.

Building services: possibly up to the corner of the bathroom. Shower on the left side of the plan, wall up behind it. Ventilation system on the ceiling, boiler on the wall, washing machine in front, extra door from the right side of the plan.

"The closet" can be provided with daylight through a Solatube (e.g., above the corridor upstairs). Ventilating a room adequately is probably not that difficult with an existing ventilation system. No approval is needed here, especially not on the ground floor. And yes, it is not optimal. I have said it several times already, it is a small "in the house" solution that has to be sufficient but not perfect. I am currently working in a room that is 1.70 x 3.00. That works, too. Even quite okay. The room has neither daylight nor extra ventilation. The lack of active ventilation is the biggest disadvantage. The room size is not really, although of course bigger would be nicer. And yes, I have more than enough performance requirements for the house. In the planning phase, I want to at least try to see if there is a solution. Maybe I will find out that it does not work after all. Ok, no problem. But to decide "at sight" that it is a "closet" and therefore not think any further about it, I find a bit too little for the planning phase. I lose nothing if I plan and discuss all possibilities. I personally do not need that much space (except for a large kitchen with seating area). When I look at how big some houses here are, that would not be for me.

Honestly, I am surprised that there is quite little constructive input here. "Claustrophobia" and "closet" have already been mentioned. No real idea. That is not bad, it just surprises me. Because I thought interested people with a trained and creative mind were here. Apparently, you find it difficult to accept that a "closet" can be quite okay as a meeting room. If I had enough space, I could simply plan the house myself. Planning where there is space and money is not as difficult as planning under constraints.

Hm... patients? That is precisely why it is not explainable why you want to use this storage room as a living space, leaving relatively much space on the ground floor that you actually don't need according to your statement.

I feel addressed. I assumed that the issue for the practice room was settled with "upstairs first room on the right." Back then, it was also said that the middle room on the ground floor was firmly planned for the technology, when I would have liked to blast it away. Now back to square one and the technology is being completely replanned in a house that is almost finished? Did I miss something, were the initial infos wrong, or is it all just wishful thinking?

I stick to my opinion. The cubicle in the middle as a practice room without a window strikes me as completely unsuitable. The rest of the floor plan is, as planned so far, the best if the technology remains fixed in place.

To be honest, I don’t understand this effort either. You are stacking your practice somewhat deep, but want to put in so much effort a) to install the building services b) to make alterations in the bathroom c) daylight tubes d) ventilation. That doesn’t add up.

And being constructive now is not about showing you all possibilities, but those considered optimal. I have done that: take the front ground floor room as a hobby unit, where the patient is occasionally treated.
