Location kitchen and living room

I am so happy about the proposal. Because it is also extremely practical in case I don't find a Cohouser. Then I have a royally large kitchen (practically arranged), a beautiful table at the brightest spot in the apartment with sofa/bench and an extra room upstairs. Nothing is then non-functional or poorly furnished. It remains practical (and beautiful )

But I would leave the little wall. Because my idea is to build a pedestal for the washing machine and dishwasher behind it, so they are elevated. And since the corner is so nicely concealed this way, you can easily place 2 freestanding appliances on the pedestal. Maybe add drawers for dirty laundry or something in the pedestal.

Above the machines, just a piece of countertop.

This washing machine niche should then be as wide as the little wall together with the opposite tall cabinets (2x60+1x40+5cm panel towards the bottom of the plan). Then the water connection for the machines can be planned between the machines, and there you can also put detergent or something.

Then the partition wall to the office corner.
