I give the tip:
First, you should write down and also sketch your cabinet needs.
For example: supplies without a pantry and Edeka nearby 1 tall cabinet, 60 wide,
cups, mugs and glasses 1 wall cabinet, 2 levels each 60 cm.
Dishes 3 levels of 60, less for display cabinet.
90 cm drawer for cutlery and cooking utensils, 60 drawer for bags/foil, 60 for trash base cabinet
60 base cabinet for pots, 60 base cabinet for Tupperware and cans, 60 for various electrical appliances... spices, oil and vinegar...
All of this is of course available everywhere, but individually different from the masses. A 60 wall+base or tall cabinet remains as a reserve.
Then I would try with the Ikea planner or Nolte, there are quite a few, to play around with your intended floor plan to see if you can manage with the needs plus refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, etc. You could then have it planned in a specialist forum and/or also go to a kitchen studio in parallel.
If you have 15,000€ as a budget, then I would tell them 13,000 as a limit. Accordingly, they should plan.
You can get the same size and visually identical kitchen from the same manufacturer at different prices. The kitchen planner then puts drawers behind only half of the doors instead of all of them, the other half then has normal shelves.
Or above the stove, if the budget is not enough, there is a panel instead of an expensive drawer. No expensive 120 cm drawer, but cheaper two 60 cm drawers... etc. That does not make the quality of the kitchen worse, but fits better into the budget. And if the space fits you then, that would be okay. You wouldn't be ripped off.
Our kitchen planner back then said: 50% on the furniture, 50% on the appliances. Hidden appliances like cooktop, refrigerator and/or dishwasher don't have to be trendy in design, oven would be nice to look at. At least check the good energy rating on the refrigerator. A device you only use every two weeks can consume a bit more there.
I highly recommend the corresponding k ü ... forum to you!
One problem in my eyes are those studios where you name a budget and they initially plan for twice that. I personally don’t consider those serious; others are not deterred by haggling.
...
This question irritates me a bit because many common brands have products with this and that. Also, the individual user should already know what they need.
There are individual solutions from Neff, Bosch and Siemens respectively.
Say... are you the one who asked where to buy furniture? Actually, you need someone at your side who knows all about this. Maybe you write a contact ad here... one or the other will definitely be interested in serving as a companion :D
What about your wife? Does she have ideas and two right hands?

Which do you find better in terms of functions
Bosch or Neff?

Bosch, Neff and Siemens all have their strengths in certain areas and address different target groups
