I will gladly submit the floor plans once I am back from the playground.

At the time, we agreed that we want gas with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung], then it was calculated and confirmed that it works energetically. That is probably why the point was also included in the contract with the additional costs of just under 12k. (But still as an option)

Yes, please submit it later, I will gladly take a look. If it is possible, then you must intervene directly.

We also had to find a continuous wall where we could lay the ventilation pipes from the basement to the upper floor ceiling. It wasn't that easy. My neighbors didn't manage and switched to decentralized ventilation.

Optional is, of course, annoying. I have been pestering the managing directors of structural and sanitary engineering weekly to ensure the coordination works and nothing (no opening, whether inward or outward) is forgotten.

Here are the floor plans!

No one has told us so far that a continuous wall is needed... that would then be the only option between the ground floor utility room/kitchen and the upstairs bathroom/children's room. Or is it also possible on the exterior wall?

1. The utility room is barely 5 sqm, if you put a washing machine in there it won't work. It should definitely be inside. The ventilation panel itself is 25cm x 110cm (plus drywall around it), so it's quite substantial. 2. Your idea would actually work, but where would the washing machine and dryer go then?

You probably need the study for work, right? It's a shame about the square meters. Otherwise, if you feel like it, you can visit me at the construction site. It's only 23 km from you.

Yes, it is really extremely small, but the construction technician said that everything will fit in, although the installer will hate it.

The study doesn't actually need to be that big, do you have any other ideas? I would even prefer it to be a bit smaller, so the tax office doesn't ask questions or come to visit! (Because I already wanted to put in a sofa bed there in case there is a guest)

The general contractor/architect dropped the ball. Bet on it! A controlled residential ventilation system can be hung from the ceiling. And if you have more height than we do (2.45), it would work great in the [TK-Raum]. It also doesn't have to be a continuous wall; the pipes just need to be able to come out somewhere at the top. Then they disappear into the screed.

However, the house is already very "tight." Where are you going to put your wardrobe? Where are you going to put anything at all?
