Primer for utility room - fresh screed

no... primer beforehand...

Yeah, no, that was clear to me. I was more asking whether wallpaper or fleece was applied in between.

We were also given the opportunity to paint. We gladly did it: it was the first thing we were allowed to do productively in the house ourselves. It turned out to be a nice coat including priming with dispersion paint. The plaster can also dry with the coating.

WITHOUT wallpaper! What is wallpaper doing in the utility room?

We did nothing on the installation wall. On the other walls + ceiling the full program: filled, sanded, primer, smooth fleece glued, painted white with silicate dispersion paint. Our utility room is accessible through the kitchen and the washing machine + dryer are intended to be placed under a countertop later, with wall cabinets above. Hence the higher effort. But certainly, primer + paint alone would have been enough.

We also painted the technical room immediately after the house was handed over. At least as soon as the general contractor had plastered it. With Sto Prim Plex as primer and then painted with StoColor Sil Mineral white. (We have silicate paint throughout the entire house). One day later, the electrician came and started with the electrical work. Later, it is hardly possible to reach all the spots behind the pipes and the storage tank, etc. Therefore, definitely do it beforehand!

Just use any primer + paint.
