Is financing feasible or are we overextending ourselves?

Yes, unfortunately I cannot edit the original post, otherwise I would have added all the information.

Regarding 1. Initially, I just wanted to hear what you think about the ratio of income to planned installment/loan amount. At that time, the discussion about HOW we would get the house and land into this budget was not even on the table. That only developed later.

Regarding 2. and 3. That is the case, and I communicated it that way when the topic "HOW do we get the house and land into the budget" came up. The construction company has local craftsmen they work with. ONLY the tiler is currently missing because his preferred one has retired. Therefore, we asked a reliable acquaintance from our town.

Regarding 4. Yes, he has, and since initially it was only about the ratio of income <-> loan installment => feasibility, it was not even up for discussion.

It is not really that confusing, but the thread has naturally evolved and partly gotten lost in details, which I don’t mind because forgetting details can become very expensive. In this respect, I have taken away a lot from the course of the discussion here that I definitely still have to pay attention to.

Listing in a separate post follows.

Why? If it's too stupid for you, just keep your hands still and ignore the topic... too much need for attention?

What does the plot cost and what does the house cost? I have completely lost track...

The plot is not purchased, but you have a finished plan? Well, slowly I'm really starting not to understand this world anymore.

We haven’t even found a general contractor willing to take on this EL. There are only sketches from the architect, no structural engineering!

Who does that? The general contractor?

I don't think it makes sense to continue like this. Too much information is spread across too many pages. Everything you asked is already in the thread.

If I feel like it, I'll create a new thread with all the information in the first post.

Regarding the actual concern, I have received a lot of information. That already helps me move forward.

Thank you very much for the active participation so far.
