Unfortunately, I can't change that. I have the email in front of me. If you don't believe it, ok, that's your right, and I won't try to convince anyone of anything here. But then you should (and this is really! not meant badly) hold back in this thread and make room for a constructive discussion. If there are any additional costs, it won't break my crown to admit it here. A fake / not fake back and forth discussion leads nowhere and only wastes our time.

Correction: the office will not be tiled! But the living area will, since the large terrace door is in the living room. I don't feel like worrying every time the kids or I come in from the garden whether a small stone in my shoe will ruin the floor in the living room. Since it will be an open living / dining / kitchen area, having different floor coverings would probably be a bit strange.

I didn’t accuse you of deceiving us. In the past months, I have sifted through countless offers. That gives you a feel for prices. Craftsmen often write their offers in a way that seems cheap without closer inspection, but later smaller things are missing that a layman often doesn’t notice and that end up costing money later. I hope you can manage with the 12k. Incidentally, the same applies to you: for the sake of a constructive discussion, critical users should not be dismissed as you have just done. This is also not meant to be rude.
