Is financing a new single-family house feasible?

Saving is okay, but who wants to put or hang used "junk" in their new home…
And just doing the landscaping like that is also a thing… I always see it on Saturdays when I walk to the bakery through the new development area where the builder was active alone.

sorry, that is nonsense. There are plenty of cheap fences, for example made of wood, which are significantly cheaper. Terraces also work without a roof, the irrigation comes from the hose. You can create a garden with 10k, but it will be a simple garden and not a wellness oasis with a chillout zone and outdoor kitchen.

Creating a garden for 10k - check, that's possible. If you include driveway, paths, terrace and whatever else belongs to the outdoor area in the budget, I see the material costs alone being higher...
