In the public sector, the school office in Brandenburg was shocking for me. I had the feeling that not only the people in the corridors walked much slower, but also the photocopiers were set slower so that no hecticness arose in the work

The photocopiers are probably set to officer mode ;) Just a little joke. But there are certainly some, just like with the employees, where that is true. And such statements: I have always done it this way. Annoying.
You just have to live with the fact that in a department some work significantly more and somehow balance that out. That's just how it is.

Whether we will hear anything more from the TS? I at least suspect that the bank discussions won’t be that easy since the initial situation is not optimal.

.. but that’s also my saying to my colleagues :D And I’m allowed to say that, I’m just tariff ;) But be that as it may: every print job digitally goes to the state capital to then reach our device. In between, a toilet break is recommended, even for the civil servants :p No, seriously: we do not manage. Therefore, we have to get done what needs to be done. No one else does it, and we are all under pressure – not from the employer, but because of the amount of work. After all, the colleagues are not increased.

That's exactly right. I start between 6:30 and 6:45 and rarely get home before 5 p.m. The work keeps increasing and that's where the pressure comes from. Staff is being sought, but nothing is coming in. Due to long-term sick employees, we are currently basically 3 out of 8, and I work in the social welfare office.

I can only smile here ;) I work at a school. 2 copiers. 1 copies in civil servant mode, 2 in speed mode. There, the copied worksheets fly all over the copy room. Each copier has its regular users .

Hello everyone,

I don’t know to what extent this thread is still being read, but I would like to share something:

Since September 16, the three of us have been living in our own house. Overall, everything went smoothly.
We still have about 30,000 EUR left and the house itself is finished inside and out.
The land is more or less leveled, and in the summer the construction of the terrace is planned. After that, there will be a 3-4 year pause.

We are currently building the garage ourselves, of course. We initially left it as a buffer on the recommendation of some people.

We will be paying off about 1,450 EUR monthly with a total income of now around 5,000 EUR.
Currently, we can still save about 500 EUR per month.

It is an indescribably great feeling to come home every day to our own house and not finance someone else’s Mallorca vacation month after month.

I don’t mean to sound bitter, but I’m glad I didn’t listen to some people here in the forum and went through with it.
Please forgive me for not getting in touch all this time, but I found some of the accusations against me really unfair at times.

In the end, I thank those who encouraged us!

It worked!

Best regards

Oben
