I would choose a rectangular instead of a square floor plan, as already mentioned several times here. The square has also led to the assumption that it is a pretentious city villa. But overall, a rectangular floor plan offers better design possibilities than the square. Since we have not received any information regarding the building window, etc., here, I boldly assume that a rectangle would also be possible. I would simply take a look at the Bien-Zenker homepage. And there you can find, for example, the Edition Line; 123 V2 or V3 should fit in terms of size. The designs are better than this one. However, I admit that Bien-Zenker mainly offers square floor plans. Why and what for remains to be seen; that’s just how it is. But since you have obviously already signed the contract, I would choose a good one suitable for me from the floor plans presented there and then possibly adapt it (e.g., always move the bedroom from the south side to the north, etc.).

I'm currently also looking around on the homepage of Bien-Zenker. There are many useful suggestions (however, the costs are not specified). And these houses have tons of windows. I would choose Evolution 143 V2 with a higher knee wall and two more windows on the north side.

However, Bien-Zenker seems to prefer to orient the master bedroom with dressing room to the south and the second children's room to the north. Here it is different: Evolution124 V2
