I have the feeling that is tired of the "uninformed" questions, hence the somewhat harsh responses at the moment. On the one hand, understandable, because the most basic pinned posts are so often not read and you always have to ask for them again. But actually, the forum is meant for the "newbies" to learn from the experienced users and not know everything yet, otherwise the forum would be somewhat pointless, I think... Don’t take it too much to heart it’s also quite direct here. Air-to-air heat pumps are suitable in a passive house, otherwise better air-to-water. It looks like you have a not very competent general contractor by your side. The questionnaire is rather sparsely filled out, the calculation is completely missing. A site plan would also be nice. You will get a lot of input here if you provide the information and engage in the discussion.

That means the house is flat and the garden slopes downward.

For information about the heat pump, refer to the [Technik Bereich].

Thanks, I can work with that. I filled out what I knew off the top of my head. I was not aware that, for example, I needed to have data about the heating system ready in order to get advice on the floor plan. It may be that I am naive and uninformed about other topics around building, including heating, but originally I had no need for advice in that regard. Because I assumed that we had left it in professional hands. Maybe that is frowned upon or even a mistake, but I simply can’t do it myself. Sorry!

Yes, that is how it is planned.

So I am not one of the experienced "plan readers." But I see a difference of almost 3m between the existing terrain profile and the planned terrain profile. How am I supposed to understand that? And I don't see "no slope" here in the area of the house. You want to fill in or what?

As said, the forum is exactly there for you to get information and you are here, so the first step is done.
So many houses are being built, and only a fraction of those probably deal with everything beyond the floor plan. Why should they, when I buy a car, to speak somewhat exaggeratedly, I only look at how it looks, how fast it can go, and how much it consumes, then I compare prices and order. Whether cylinder head xy or brake pad z is inside, I don’t look at that. There will be such nerds, just as there are those here who plan every ventilation duct themselves or adjust the heating for months, but the vast majority do not.
You don’t have to have the heating data ready! But your general contractor should know better. That’s the sad part... you rely on the "professional," because that’s what he (actually) is for, and then he either does not advise you, advises you incompletely, or not in your best interest.
You don’t have to apologize for that.
But knowing a budget is important because you can really fall flat on your face if you haven’t dealt with the depths of your construction description and your general contractor has advised you similarly as with floor plans or heating technology.
Even more so because you have an uneven plot and high costs are lurking there!
