Improve floor plan - how?!

The bedrooms will be quite dark, I would also make wider windows in the ground floor living/dining area. Are no windows possible at a knee wall height of 1.60 m? How much space do you have up to the ring beam? Even narrow ones would make a big difference (although that would probably only be possible without a roller shutter box). In the end, are only skylights left?

Where is the 2m line? I read something about a knee wall of 1.6. Then the square meters wouldn’t match either.

Should the 2m line be marked somewhere or do I have to calculate it?

The house is fundamentally designed incorrectly; it is simply too small for the desired floor plan differentiation. A house design with a knee wall upper floor can only functionally be developed from a house design with a pitched roof attic. However, in this case, no "one-and-a-half-story" design with insertion or raising of the knee wall was chosen as the basis, but—unfortunately with very little chance of success due to the principle—the straight wall of the upper floor, which is otherwise all around in a "town villa" design, was cut off "on the eaves side" to the knee wall. Giving the bedroom window a roller shutter box by shifting it out of the slanted section would only be partially pleasing: as a "second escape route," the roller shutter would have to be operable by hand crank.
