Tell me!!! I've had enough! Don’t you even notice that it was about Altai now?? Can you not read everything, and in context?? It is fundamentally crucial with Altai whether the project has already started or been realized, or whether he intends to take further measures after completion of the construction!

Honestly, I don't think it's bad at all when someone with expertise provides concrete numbers here as a point of reference. In my opinion, that helps the questioner the most; a forum lives from exchange. Whether these numbers are correct, I don't want to judge. Much more, it is up to each individual to question this critically and to obtain a counteroffer. Also, I (and this is just my personal opinion) would not conclude a deal via a forum as a first-contact platform. For me, this is too "windy" and the importance of a construction loan is too great. Just my 2 Cents.

This is about help, support, information and an exchange and yes, I gladly fill these sometimes with concrete—at least based on the information available—numbers and even a small concept, why not.
