Academic household with 40 years of life finally benefiting from their education... What do we have left? Nothing, enough for 4 to 6,000 euros special repayment, 2 new cars and other purchases in and on the house. We have an "emergency fund" of 2 months' salary, otherwise it is consumed, there are no interest earnings on anything anyway.
