is it a big difference if you build 170 sqm or 220?
Yes, the expensive technology is spread over more sqm, which lowers the average sqm price. Maybe it’s 1800/sqm for you, which then simply comes to just under 400,000 for the house, plus basement etc.
You also have to consider that the house will not be an hfw 40 house, and I don’t need a boiler because the new development will be operated with a combined heat and power plant. The
Mine refers to the Energy Saving Ordinance 70, so the standard house. I don’t know about your heating etc.
District heating connection costs me "only" 3600€.
What exactly do you mean by additional building costs?
Connections are external in my case, in the additional building costs, just as you calculate and budget: a clear separation of:
House Special equipment Additional building costs Outdoor facilities Garage Basement Painting, floor coverings
If you build yourself a large house including a large basement, then it just costs more than others here who build economically smaller. Most limit themselves to 160 sqm or less and build without a basement.
What else can one say to that now? If you don’t want to listen, you’ll have to feel it...
