I find this white-anthracite just looks boring in many cases. Sometimes it is really well done, but it depends on the type of house. With a city villa, it can look really good, but with a one-and-a-half-story house, you can actually do something different. We have a red roof and white/beige plaster, and I find it more lively. Also more inviting. Maybe some brick slips would be optimal for that.

Well ... someone is quite likeable to me! ;) Maybe also a green (British Racing Green) terrace railing? :D How are the windows?

We also struggled with it for a while, but it was clear that we wanted a fairly strong color. In the new development area, the usual color scheme prevails, which I don't really care about. From the original anthracite to later brown-beige, sometimes even wine red with a black roof......now it will be a ventilated, vertical wooden facade with gray staining, which frees me from the previous color drama. Now I just have to decide between Loriot's different shades of gray....phew. We found windows with limited color options for our model, and recently we even tried a dark wine red in an animation, but that jumped out at us too much; so it will remain a lively gray-brown :D. A simple front door currently planned in dark red or maybe a kind of dove blue.....if it doesn’t work out in the end, I have the advantage that I’m mostly inside the house, although we also want to do quite a bit with color on the walls there. Of course, one should be thoughtful and deliberate with color, but out of fear not using any wouldn’t be my thing. I would rather regret not being brave enough. If somewhere it really turns out a bit too strong, I’d find that fun and would live better with it than the other way around.

I would only use a light glaze - otherwise the facades develop a very lively color gradient through washing out and natural weathering, reminiscent of a faded bleaching.

Most likely, my husband and I will choose exactly this color combination. Also because, in my assessment, it looks so friendly and inviting. With white/anthracite, I rather associate industrial buildings.
