I believe we had this discussion last year as well? What is the purpose of the conservatory? It is somewhat a matter of personal preference, so it should be built.... but what is it supposed to be used for? If the living room is very small without the possibility of a dining area, you put it in there. It is not suitable for the TV. An extension of the kitchen without a dining area... I have seen that often and considered it good. Will there be heating in the conservatory? One could move the conservatory towards the kitchen, two kitchen rows without a seating area and then the conservatory dining area at the back. Then there would also be space for a terrace at the dining table in the living room.... where is that even planned? More explanation should actually be given about the conservatory, to what extent it will be part of the thermal envelope, whether it will be a cold conservatory or if shading/heating is planned. And very important again: where will the two garden parts be located (even if a division is only planned in 15/20 years). The house is planned this way, so the planning must also be carried out outside. Regards, Yvonne

Oh yes, very nice. It stands in the conservatory under the roof peak and presses against the head of the bed in the bedroom all night.

I don’t understand. What does one have to do with the other?

I don’t understand that either. If you tell the architect what you want, he will manage it. An outside exit from the kitchen is the least of the problems.

I also have the problem here again that one really doesn’t know at all what you are missing now, what you would like better, or what is absolutely well thought out. Haven’t you had 6 months now to move walls??? Where is your claim: from which side should you go out, where is the terrace planned. Do you prefer to keep the doors closed, what do you want to do in the shared flat??? Why is the plan as it is? Why are 3 dining places drawn close together? Should the furniture be placed like that?

We were able to implement the change with the terrace door in the kitchen. I sincerely thank you for the tips.

Oh, how come? - where the window was planned, with a cut-through L and offset sink?
