I wanted to work on your suggestions gradually, but you always move too quickly for me to keep up with the next or the one after next point. We were discussing the problems of the bottleneck, hallway, wardrobe, interior walls. Do you find the last somewhat "open" floor plan better? Does it solve these problems better? We find it more spacious and brighter, the children like it better too. What do you think about the upper floor?

As long as you do not answer the questions, whether with or without a question mark, we will not get any further.

We have known for a few months that we will be building. For about 3 months, I have been dealing more with books about house construction, floor plans,.... We have contact with construction companies regarding the building project and catalog orders. We have not yet been to a model home settlement but have looked at a few old and newly built houses.

I would recommend that you first visit various model homes. Maybe this will give you a completely different idea of your house and make you reconsider everything.

Best regards

Thank you both for the advice and for your time.

My daughter has a question - which I find not unimportant - regarding the open living area and noise development. Would the TV in the living room not disturb those sleeping upstairs, since there is no wall and no door? Who can answer this question - preferably from their own experience?
