I would not pay €7000 for another wall that has no energy advantage. This item increases construction costs by €56/sqm, just to put it that way. Typical Town & Country would be aerated concrete plus insulation layer for the thinnest possible exterior wall. The heat pump will only pay off if you are betting on rising gas prices. Or is the upgrade to underfloor heating also included in the additional cost? Then go for it.

Hi, I think the 80€ refers to the heating and consumption, since I asked what the heat pump costs per month approximately. Otherwise, I have to ask the question again during the conversation.

The 24er would also have been monolithic and somehow it also meets the standard requirements.

Underfloor heating is not connected to the heating system, it has an extra charge since radiators are standard.

That's just by the way... but I would like to know what tricks the 24er Porith and monolithic plaster and radiators and gas use to bring them into the energy saving ordinance.,... although in practice that is sufficient for a decent house. K.

I also had to make a choice between an air-water heat pump or gas. After researching the price ratio of gas kWh to electricity kWh, which is 1:4.4 in our city, the matter was settled for me. It is not worth it at all, because this performance figure will hardly be reached on an annual average (probably not even in operating costs, not to mention the investment), and the electricity is not generated from green sources either.

Solar thermal energy and controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery are also standard

Solar thermal is omitted with the heat pump, only on the roof with gas.
