Thanks for the info. We will see what develops with the creaking house ghosts and I will report.

As mentioned, our front door creaks from time to time. However, the windows never do! Therefore, it does not bother us now...

Do you perhaps have any other tips for us? Has someone upstairs in the bathroom maybe installed a corner bathtub by the window? Downstairs by the toilet, do we want to maybe take a few centimeters from the utility room for a slightly larger sink and so that it doesn’t feel so cramped?

What just came to mind, has anyone actually had the Flair built? The other questions were generally about Town & Country.

We are building the Flair 152 re... I don't know exactly how the floor plans etc. differ.

Downstairs we also reduced the HAR and instead added a shower in the bathroom... we also took a larger sink (by the way, it was only an extra charge of less than €5).

hm, I see Flair's floor plan and think the WC downstairs is okay, and the HArR has to be like that if you want to work inside

Yes, if you want to do more in the HAR than just putting laundry into or taking it out of the washing machine, you shouldn't take away a shower or a bigger bathroom from it.
