You still have to pay for the devices and labor. It's just included in the house price.

Yes, that's clear. But it doesn't increase the "catalog price".

Yes, well the offer states at least 4, it should be finalized beforehand.

Per apartment, at least four heat recovery units, system Lunos e² (or equivalent at the contractor's choice according to §12, "Other"), are primarily installed in living rooms such as the living room, children's room, guest room, and bedroom.

: are you building according to KfW55 with an energy certificate, or just with 36.5cm wall thickness?

For example, we would have needed 11 ventilation units or it was calculated that way, a normal single-family house with two small offices. At the latest when you have to replace these units, the central solution is at least financially on par. We also didn’t want 11 holes in the wall and 11 potential sources of problems. There are certainly good decentralized units and simple technology always has advantages. If you don’t ventilate everything, you can certainly do that. In terms of noise, the central solution wins, but that is only relevant in the bedrooms if the units are quiet. There are also solutions without [WRG] with supply air valves and central exhaust. Do people still install that?
