Hello, can someone tell me if the partition walls (drywall) with insulation on the upper floor are "only" single or double layered? If single, should we consider double layering them? Maybe also to have something to screw into. Or is single enough? On the drawing, it looks like 10 cm walls.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything about that. We are building a two-story house, and the walls on the upper floor are also made of aerated concrete.

Once boarded, it is the basic standard; double boarding with the green boards is only done where tiling is planned. Although I did not build with Town & Country, I did build with a slightly more expensive and higher-quality BU. They have that as the standard for the attic. It should be similar with Town & Country. Double boarding is then a special feature – we had that done on two walls, but ordered directly from the drywall contractor.

Double definitely makes sense! We only paid a few hundred euros extra for the entire upper floor.

However, the improved sound insulation is partially offset by the ventilation gaps under the doors (necessary for the ventilation concept). Just for your information.

Okay, that will simply be standard and we need to put something on it and consider it twice.

Many thanks to you and have a nice Friday.
