You can control the Lunos devices via a switch:

or also via a web browser, etc., depending on what you choose and how extensive the control is supposed to be.

In the Town & Country standard, there are two switches in the utility room as shown above. The ground floor and upper floor can be switched separately to levels 1/2/3, and the bathroom fans can additionally be set to full power, for example after showering or in case of odors.

We just received some rough information about the gas connection from a builder opposite us, I believe it will be a heat pump....

Base price €1485
€130/m public with civil engineering (it's about 40m away, I'm not on site) but that is €5200
Then the meters on the property are added. Up to the house.
On properties: paved €50/m I think that means paving and restoration.
€6/unpaved I think that would be the case for us as nothing exists there, just digging and filling.
We also need 20m on the property

Phew, way too expensive. They can keep their gas. Here it was 750.- all incl.
