Hello dear home builders,
How much have you currently had to pay for your new buildings since the beginning of the crisis years from 2020?
(until then everything was still more affordable and plannable than it is now)
We only started building last year in autumn and moved in now in August (after longer breaks in between).

I think the incurred costs will also interest the prospective builders. (of course, every construction is subjective)

How much did your plot cost including all incidental costs?

How many sqm?

Which location?

Short description of the house (single-family house/semi-detached house/...):
Living area sqm:
Equipment (standard/upscale, type of heating, ...):
Rooms:
How much have you spent IN TOTAL, including all incidental costs?

How much equity did you have?

How much loan was taken? At what interest rate?

If you have saved the individual items:
Fees:
Architect:
Development:
Building materials:
Foundation + subfloor:
Ceiling:
Windows/doors:
Roof:
Sanitary / heating:
Plaster/painter:
Kitchen:
Furniture:
Scaffolding:
Stairs:
Chimney/fireplace:
Paving/terrace:
Garage/carport:
Other:
Photovoltaic system:

Crisis years from 2020? Sorry, but if you started last year, you still benefited from the humid-warm dream subsidies and non-existent interest rates...

Yeah, corona has already messed quite a bit up. Fortunately, it was mostly just timing/scheduling issues rather than (as it is now) financial ones.

What kind of dream subsidies are you talking about? Unfortunately, we were 4 months too late for the governmental Baukindergeld, and the heat pump subsidy had already expired as well.
So just a small VOLUNTARY welcome contribution since we moved into one of their small villages in our new municipality.
Therefore, we barely got anything (except help from family).
Okay, the interest rates were still dreamlike "back then" – no question!

I'll start then:

How much did your plot cost including all additional costs?
Just under €45,000
How many sqm?
1150
Which location?
Village-like, infrastructure could be better (elementary school and kindergarten around the corner), otherwise everything else somewhat further away in the next village: about 2.5 km
Short description of the house (single-family house/semi-detached/...): Single-family house
Living area: approx. 125 sqm
Features (standard/upscale, heating type,...): standard to upscale: air heat pump, solid front door with fingerprint/code,...
Rooms: Ground floor: living room + 3 bedrooms + bathroom + utility room
Upper floor: 1 large finished room occupying the entire floor (multi-purpose room)

How much did you spend IN TOTAL including all additional costs?
Approx. €177,000 so far (carport and garden/outdoor facilities still missing)
How much equity did you have?
Approx. €140,000
How much credit did you take out? At what interest rate?
€80,000 / 1.5%

Please refer to the screenshot for all other items

Your list is all well and good, but from your name one can conclude that you did a lot yourself, otherwise the low construction costs wouldn't be possible.

For example, KfW repayment subsidies for KfW55 (which is normally standard / was) for two residential units. There is a reason why many floor plans from recent years have a slightly... "integrable" second residential unit.
