Regional differences are really extreme. With Awattar, I would also have paid 150€ more per year than others.

We don't have gas, so I can only judge for electricity. We don’t pay significantly more than with our old "eco" provider, only that they are truly sustainable because it’s a private hydropower plant that you support with it, and there are a few other factors (I can't list them now, but there are countless documents about it on sites like Utopia). With gas, it’s harder to really be sustainable since gas is naturally more fossil and bad :D And 100% biogas probably costs quite a bit more.

I don't know exactly, we pay about €185 in total. We decided on one meter. But since we only received our Sunny Home Manager stuff at the end of January 21, I'm missing about one month in the bill. If I assume January's consumption is roughly like December/February, then I come to an annual consumption of 2350 kWh. At 27.19 ct/kWh, this results in a monthly price of about €53.25.

Now some reactions become clear to me….! You also are around 140/150 sqm? I have the house itself in mind… heat thingy.. air heat pump or similar We have a lot of LEDs, but also halogen, TV and computer running… so, we pay about €85 for our electricity (no heating) (if not €73… one of these numbers is correct) Then our gas costs are below the average consumption of the electricity costs for modern heating systems :eek:
