I have now received my information letter in accordance with the Kurzfristenergieversorgungssicherungsmaßnahmenverordnung. The supplier expects that my heating costs will rise from €1,351.46 to €2,299.42.

I first suspected you were joking and had made up a nice long word: "Kurzfristenergieversorgungssicherungsmaßnahmenverordnung". Then I had to realize with horror: This is real satire :-(

Single-family house built in 1960, hollow concrete blocks ("Bims"), two sides insulated with 80mm Styrofoam. Upper floor ceiling insulated with glass wool from the year of construction. Basement ceiling or walls uninsulated. District heating.
