We had our garden shed delivered by the specialist dealer about 10 years ago. It's nothing special now, but the assembly was really easy and every screw fit. Moving it to the new home was quick as well. All boards nicely labeled. ( )
As a base, we used exactly the ground sockets with concrete that you described in the initial post. Steel beams are fitted in these while filling. For leveling, we had very good experience with sandbags placed under the beams while the concrete dries.
On the beams then the substructure and the rest of the shed. The whole thing is ventilated from below and floats freely. Nothing has rotted away there in 10 years. At the front, we put small L-bricks in front and a grass grid for a level entrance.
To make the pipes less visible from the side, they were covered as high as possible. The grass then does the rest. However, you have to add more after a few weeks because it settles – something we have neglected so far.
You can also cover it up if you prefer that. When I am home, I’ll take some photos.
From afar, the old little thing now looks like this:

As said, nothing fancy, but everything inside.
By the way, my alternative Christmas tree grows in front of it and naturally receives power from the shed during Advent.
