So I started last Wednesday.
There was a small excavator on a neighboring property, so I quickly had some soil removed for a foundation slab, and since there was a concrete pump on site the next day, I had the concrete delivered right away. On Saturday, the walls were erected and the roof beams laid.
On Monday, the walls and roof were closed up and the first layer of bitumen was welded on.
Today I will still line the roof from the inside and install shelves.
The costs so far are approximately: concrete and pump €750, wood €1100.
What else will come up: roof sealing and zinc edging €500, side entrance door with transom window €1500, as well as the curtain facade made of HPL panels €550.
I know this does not correspond to the usual garden shed, but I am sure that in terms of price I am not far from a DIY store hut of comparable volume (inside 3.5 x 4 x 3 m).
