From commercial property to a bungalow

Hi everyone,

thanks for your feedback. We have passed everything on to the architect again and are now waiting for a new draft.
We also think that an open space (kitchen) would be the only sensible solution, otherwise there is simply too much hallway. The central kitchen is the turning and pivotal point, we just need to get more light in there. I think that's doable if we use skylights.

Always remember to clean skylights as well. It should be possible without a helicopter.

Thanks Evolith, that is an important note. The flat roof is relatively easily accessible for us. Therefore, cleaning should be relatively easy, although more cumbersome than normal windows. Light is important to us, especially in the central room where only sunlight comes in through 2 windows and a sliding door to the garden.
