It would make sense to provide the "empty variant" with measurements, interior wall dimensions, and window / openings with existing wall distances.
The pantry may theoretically be useful, but certainly not in the planned form. Equally unpractical are the shapes of the utility room and guest bathroom ... all way too narrow.
Child 1 looks relatively small and Child 2 has a useless narrow corridor. But there are 3 children already? What purpose does the office serve? At the same time a guest room, the guest bathroom has a shower?
I find combining dining/cooking with terrace access very sensible.
Does the heating room have to be right at the front?
With the huge couch (existing measurements?) the living room as a passage room is unfortunately very limited in passage widths and becomes a slalom course.
Tendentially, I would rather plan kitchen/dining as the central passage room and place the living area in a quiet corner. Think about situations where teenage children bring their friends and then always nicely pass by the couch ;).
Can the entrance also be in one of the other two "room alignments," e.g., the middle one?

If underfloor heating, then I would choose it everywhere, so the heating can be operated with a low flow temperature.
