Yes!

In the west, the living room window is wider than the one above?
Maybe a floor-to-ceiling one there, which can also be found in the width on the upper west floor.

The same applies in my opinion to the east: I personally would equip the bedroom window there with a railing and the guest room as well.
Apart from minor details, I quite like the design.

Hello Yvonne,
thank you for your tips! I will discuss this again with our architect.

Will you also tell me the "little things"? We are still getting inspired and are grateful for suggestions.

Best regards
Björn

Behind the AZ door space for a closet, so move the door

Push the garage about 1-1.5 meters forward and then in the living room at the upper plan corner in the north a floor-to-ceiling window (summer evening sun)

Work peninsula in the kitchen a bit deeper, maximum plan 1.20 between the two lines

Shower to be entered from the front and then extend the partition wall to 1.80 straight away.
Turn the toilet and align it with the bathtub

Give room 1 on the upper floor a built-in closet, take this area from room 2, thereby creating rooms of equal size

Dressing room possibly accessible from the outside

Laundry chute in the bathroom to the basement

Thank you! A few more suggestions! What do you understand by a wall cabinet?

A built-in wardrobe is a cupboard recessed into the wall, therefore flush with the wall

The ground floor seems very familiar to me in its layout!

A small detail in the kitchen: the door will always collide with the tall cabinet behind it. At my parents' house, the first tall cabinet is the fridge and is therefore often open. Through a glass insert, at least you can see that someone is at the fridge, but it is still impractical.

That's why with us, (currently) the door is planned with more distance from the tall cabinet and a different hinge side.
