Thank you very much for your feedback! Then we'll mentally plan for a sliding door.

These are now the plans with which we want to go into the race. At least until March, there is still the possibility to adjust internal topics.

Thank you very much for your support!

I think it's good... and the floor plan will be almost identical, a bit smaller and with a [Zeltdach].

One final question.

We have received updated plans again. The rise and run of the stairs apparently did not fit and had to be corrected.

We now have for the stairs (Keller -> EG)
15 steps / rise 18.9 / run 26 -> stride 63.8
and for the stairs (EG -> OG)
16 steps / rise 19.4 / run 26 -> stride 64.8

A rise of 19.4 seems quite high to me. What do you think?

Thanks!

In our first draft (from the developer) it was 19.1/25. I compared that with real existing staircases we know and found it very steep. We now have 19.7/27, which I find very comfortable but not excessively flat. Does that help you? We were able to measure in a parental home and two grandparents' houses. You can also do that in the tenement house ...
