Floor plans - Do you see potential for improvement? Ideas?

Do you have an idea what the drawn garage 4 x 8 m will cost us? I was thinking of a precast concrete garage.

we just received an offer from Hundhausen. The garage is supposed to be 3.48 x 8 m in size, including a 2m storage room at the back. The whole thing with a sectional door but without an additional window and door. It is supposed to cost 16,500 euros.

do you have any idea how we can ease the entrance situation hallway -> kitchen? Would a sliding door help here?
I feel like the door is relatively often open and then blocks the kitchen cabinets.

We relax that with us through a glass sliding door.

If I were you, I would also install a bigger door from the hallway to the living/dining area.

We install a glass door with a side panel here. I am "shocked" at how cheap these are for us.

Our floor plan has the same entrance situation hallway/kitchen. We will install an internal sliding door here because we also think that the door will be open most of the time and we do not want to constantly block the tall cabinets behind it.

Or just set the door another half meter higher or choose a different hinge side.

We have a very similar floor plan and installed a glass sliding door as the kitchen door, which runs along the wall in the hallway. A normal door would just be in the way; we really like this solution.
