That's exactly how we planned it too On the left the wardrobes 58 cm deep, then a corner cabinet, then a cabinet 50 cm wide, again a corner cabinet and on the right the wardrobes with a depth of 35 cm for drawers and some shoes. Height also 2.36 m. I also find such hooks very practical, the main thing is that the clothes simply do not lie around anywhere.

I would attach a mirror on the inside of the door, then we also have up to 2m distance, although I don't need that much with my height.

And - swapping bathtub and toilet upstairs is also a great tip, I can't believe I didn't see that myself. This way shower and tub are on the same level and you have the sink directly next to you after using the toilet. Many thanks!

Mmh, well. Most of it has already been said. Especially the lack of windows, also on the right side in the living room. Somehow it lacks a bit of flair. Especially the living area feels so boring. Of course, it's probably also a budget issue. Otherwise, the usual critiques: wardrobe / entrance area too narrow and dark - the front door would have to be completely glass. Do you want that? Maybe you could put a large frosted glass window in front of the stairs. I just think the skylight is too little. Can you really put a double bed in the guest room?

I can't imagine that, just draw it into your plan. The house has to be on the building line at a distance of 3 m from the street, the garage probably may not exceed the building line, so how should there only be 3 m overlap with the utility room?

I would argue ... the double bed in the bedroom on the upper floor will only be usable from one side, from the side where the roof is, only by crawling.

I find desks for children in front of floor-to-ceiling windows rather impractical. I would prefer to plan wider windows but with a parapet height of 80 to 90 cm.

The door from the utility room / kitchen has probably already been omitted. It would make sense for the door from the garage/utility room to be positioned so that shelves also fit on the wall to the kitchen.

A sensible swap was already suggested further above

Best regards in brief
