For example, something like this – mirrored and instead of storage, utility room; instead of technology, staircase or vice versa. Instead of dressing room, study.

Or even with a closed kitchen:

Instead of office, stairwell and this is a nice private area. The utility room is a bit small here, but maybe you could, for example, also put the heating upstairs under the attic and then only need a washing machine/dryer downstairs...

I had thought that in case of need one can still install a stairlift and that would probably be cheaper than the extra costs in house construction. There will only be one child. The children’s room upstairs is unfortunately not an option, even though that would create many possibilities. All rooms of the main apartment must be on the ground floor.

They look interesting. Do you happen to have the floor plans in somewhat better quality? You can somehow recognize everything, but I still find it difficult.

Thanks for the comment about the artificial light at the dining table.

Of course, stairlifts are an option. Depending on the staircase, they can be more or less expensive. I am also an advocate of the stairlift solution. But here, the person is not 30 years old and healthy. The property is large, putting aside what the building envelope says.

Whether it's 1 or 2 levels. Pay attention to turning radii also for the apartment in the attic. On grab bars in the toilet, etc. Sufficient space next to the bed, and so on. That is why I recommended the website to you yesterday.

Since there is no development plan, the building envelope should only be restricted by minimum distances, or am I mistaken?

Before we proceed, we will also engage thoroughly with the site and the suggestions here in the forum. Especially with regard to accessibility.
