2.84m might actually be just a bit too narrow. Currently, we have 3m for the couch and floor lamp in the corner. It shouldn’t be less than that. The bathroom is indeed wrongly positioned in this version; I only noticed it thanks to your comment, thanks! I have also considered making the house one meter wider. But with 14m length and 2 full floors, that would be 28 sqm more, so over €50k and a total living area of about 200 sqm. I fear that would simply blow our financial budget. So the house would have to be shortened by at least 1m or more. But I will tinker around in that direction.I looked at the measurements again: even the sofa corner is too narrow at 2.84 in the RBM. You would have to look for a narrow family sofa. Lamp, side table or magazine basket all have to be arranged in front of it. I personally like these narrow houses, but they would then have a more open floor plan, so that would fit again. I would probably just plan the house here one meter wider – there is no reason for this house shape. How is the "separation living unit 1" to be understood? That doesn't work as a separation! Not even later. The bathroom would then be for everyone.
