Imagine, with a mirror at the end of the corridor it would even be 16 meters :)

You can't be serious that it's important to you that your mess, no matter who made it, isn't seen or not seen by representatives or similar people?!
When our door opens, no stranger looks past me to see what's behind me. They talk briefly, and that's that. Our postwoman sometimes comes around the back if we don't hear the doorbell. And that's allowed - trust has to be there. But I built the house for me and my husband, not for fundraisers :)

The hallway is nonsense. The kitchen is only 2.75 m (as a raw building measurement?) wide. In a new building of these dimensions - 14 x 8 m - this is a simple planning error. These are dimensions you find in terraced houses. With all the problems that come with it.

I have often seen development plans with teething problems, but here and today for the first time one with rubella ;-)

I am missing window dimensions in the plans, the planner was quite generous with the load-bearing walls, in several places we still need to practice the octameter grid again, and the closet-limiting wall in the bedroom is simply in the wrong place.

Views could be helpful. In which service phase are you?

I looked at the measurements again: even the sofa corner is too narrow in the RCM at 2.84. You have to look for a narrow family sofa. Lamp, side table or magazine basket all have to be arranged in front of it. I personally like these narrow houses, but they would then have a more open floor plan so that it fits again. I would probably just design the house here one meter wider – there is no reason for this house shape. How is the "separation residential unit 1" to be understood? That doesn’t work as a separation! Not even later. The bathroom would then be for everyone.
