I always wonder where people keep their wardrobes...
Sign up in one of the largest FB groups on the topic of living, and you get at least 3 times a day insights into hallways of all kinds with clutter related to wardrobes, where every resident actually wants to turn around and leave the house again. The topic is always the same: where do you leave the jackets and shoes of your family? Or: apartment/house is nice, but no space for a wardrobe cabinet.
open or closed architecture open
open kitchen, kitchen island yes
I see an open kitchen. What about the open architecture? Take a look at the example from . The design also has flaws, but at least it is one or two steps closer to “an” open architecture.
binding reservation of our desired plot
Do you already have a building partner? How do you want to build? With an architect or a general contractor? I would first gather information and orientation there: not everyone builds your DIY house for you. And you haven’t named the costs either. Maybe you can’t afford a 6-room house at all.
I guess very few of the DIY floor plans are actually built, because they are squeezed into the general contractor’s scheme. It’s ideal to modify a house from him.
We definitely wanted the front entrance in the middle
And now not anymore?
You can skip asking WHY in the case of a city villa, but then why is it not implemented? Even the door facade has to present a kind of tilt because of the different distances?!
I would say you should let yourself be inspired by a rectangle for 20 x 30.
Then present a new design here, where furniture is drawn in that fits and the house is also drawn on a plotted lot. Even with pens, pencil, and lots of paper to try out.
Then you also get a relationship to areas, rooms, and boundaries. Much is lost on the screen. (Even if most people don’t want to believe it)
