Everyone can think what they want about that. I find it firstly impractical, secondly above all unattractive.

What do you mean by that?
If the access through the garage is used frequently, a wardrobe in the utility room definitely makes sense. For guests, the niche near the office.
An open wardrobe in the hallway is unattractive; in the utility room or a closed room, I find it well planned.

We also have a T-bath and think it's great! We would do it the same way again. I would also place the wardrobe somewhere in the entrance area outside the utility room. In my eyes, the niche for the office doesn't make much sense. Why not place the door flush on the wall in front of the stairs? Otherwise, I really like the design!

I don't understand the corner in front of the office. Nor the large open space with the niche on the upper floor. If the main bathroom is supposed to get access for the children through that, okay, but otherwise that is just a waste of space, isn't it? To make the rooms on the ground floor a bit more "rectangular," maybe take a look at something like this:

But whether the kitchen and dining area will still fit, you should measure or plan with real furniture.

I want to see the space for a wardrobe in an 11m² utility room. After all, storage space and a washing machine also have to fit in there. And the building services also need their place.
I didn’t want to have to go to the utility room for every jacket. Of course, there are also those who are very neatly equipped with kitchen furniture, etc., but in most utility rooms (including ours), it usually goes like this: there are shelves inside to provide storage space for all sorts of clutter. So usually not a very nice sight, which for me means it’s not attractive enough to want to go in there every day to get my jacket.
For me, the ratio just doesn’t work here.
We’re talking about 190m², so one shouldn’t have to make such compromises. The open-plan area with the large hallway covers almost 75m², yet there is hardly any space for a decent wardrobe.
Everyone can have their own opinion, but for me, it wouldn’t work.
A lot of space is wasted here, especially the entire lower part of the plan from the living room and between the living room and kitchen at the room stamp is completely unused. You could call it generous, but it massively lacks space in other places.

The niche in the office makes sense. Everyone needs a dresser for keys, house phone, slippers, and a wardrobe for guests, etc., etc., and I think it’s good that it’s not standing in the middle of the hallway, thereby narrowing it.

Similarly upstairs. These are spots that can be nicely designed with a bookshelf, dresser, illuminated picture with a small decorative table and chairs, a big plant, etc.
Such niches make a house interesting and offer many possibilities. It always looks much better than if a cupboard were standing directly in front of a plain wall...
