that is about 20.5 meters .......... ..

First points to consider
- Living area about 9m too short, with the wall and the resulting necessary passage area even less feasible
- Bathroom with 12sqm and then a 90cm shower, but over 3m of cabinet for 2 sinks,
- 1 bathroom or 1 toilet for 4 people and visitors
- practically no wardrobe (<1m in front of the utility room) and also little possibility in the hallway (free wall) to place one without it being in the way
- no space behind doors (children's room) to place cabinets

-Cancel the dining room, as the guest WC might possibly go in there. On the short side, place the sink and the WC respectively. The door opening outward into the hallway.
-Plan the kitchen in a U-shape for more storage space.
-Open the storage room at the front, so that a niche is created as a wardrobe, possibly remove the right wall so that it would form an "L" in the current view.
