It looks almost the same for us. Only that we moved the bedroom, the walk-in closet, and the bathroom to the back right.
Instead, there is a large dining/kitchen & living area with a kitchen island. With a clear view of the garden/terrace and the adjacent bushes and future fruit trees.
However, we also have a guest WC with a shower for the two guest rooms at the front right. And that's spread over 130 m².

The separation to the living area also seems more obstructive than useful. A guest WC is a MUST for four people. Small windows in the living area. It's a shame that the architect just copied your ideas. Didn't he have any other suggestions?
