For us, the table would be too small. Just 4 seats. Just remove the [Speis] and plan a large peninsula instead of an island or at least cabinets instead of [Speis].

So, no one from the operator side is driving me away. It’s just that when you have already lived in the house for five years, you no longer build, and some new construction questions are no longer that interesting. And one more thing, there is a change of milieu in the forum and probably also overall in the new construction scene. Building has become very expensive, and almost only rich people are among the builders, or ladies who just drop around 100,000 more…. that is simply no longer my world. Therefore, I’m there rather rarely.

Too bad . Maybe your advice will now be necessary to compensate for the missing cross-subsidization of the KFW.

Your all-purpose room dimensions do not fit at the front or the back.

The kitchen is too dark, too long, too large for a 135 m2 bungalow. Even if you omit the unnecessary pantry and extend the living room wall straight across, it is still too much kitchen.

The living room door should open into the hallway instead; it is oversized for a 135 m2 bungalow. You should have at least 250 cm of wall to the left of the door, a bit more would be better.

The terrace door needs to be moved further to the right side of the plan; the partition wall at 5 m is completely in the wrong place.

Instead of the pantry, place 4 x 60 cm tall cabinets on the back side in the hallway area, omit the storage room, enlarge the cloakroom and/or enlarge the utility room for a better laundry area, something many forget or would rather have a 60 m2 all-purpose room and the washing machine forced into some dark corner.

New definition of rich. :D Rich people certainly don’t struggle with a floor plan to fit a table for 4 people somewhere... So, please. On the topic: Evelinoz also thinks that “the thing” doesn’t fit at all, front or back. I would always plan a bungalow as an angled bungalow, provided the plot allows it. : The requirements have been manageable so far, so everything is still possible here. Please create a list of wishes/requirements.
