Aren't there restrictions with "garage on the boundary" when the boundary, as in this case, is the public street or the public path?

Very likely. That’s why it’s not unwise to plan the 3-meter distance from the start. The plot is big enough. A nice shrub hedge along the boundary to the public path, then you have a nice promenade between the shrub hedge and the garage. Or you could place a carport there if allowed.

Hello everyone,
I have done a bit more planning/drawing and would appreciate your opinions.
With the floor plan, I come to 125 sqm of living space.

Preliminary remarks: The house connections are currently in the garage. According to the network operator's information, this is possible within the framework of the TAB. The network operator also offered to check this in detail based on the planned floor plan. I will do this when it gets more concrete.

What we like:
- From the entrance area, there is an open line of sight into the living room and outside. The hallway is not spacious, but reasonably generous.
- The office is separated from the sleeping area and (only) accessible from the kitchen. I often work from home and my husband works in shifts, so it is good that my chatter can’t be heard everywhere.
- Both bedrooms are almost the same size and have space for a large wardrobe.
- The garage is about 1.5 m from the boundary, so there is still space for a fence and a path around the garage.

Technology and utility room on the most beautiful side of the property (southwest)? Plus one side according to the development plan is a green area and therefore no neighbor? But the bedrooms are directly next to the neighboring property, whose living rooms presumably (as usual) face south and west and then look directly into your rooms, especially if there is not a bungalow but maybe even one built with a high knee wall (gable height of 4.5m is permissible)? Seriously?

Important for the position of the garage is to clarify where the garage may be built. It is quite possible that not the 3m but another distance from the public path applies here and that is essentially important for the decision garage in the north or east.

Of course that is possible, but not energetically sensible. I find the draft not bad as a suggestion, but it has room for improvement. I looked for the kitchen and came across this walkthrough kitchen. Apparently, there was an extra door included for free, which is actually unnecessary?! A second look told me: swap the two bedrooms with the adjoining rooms utility room and so on. And with my 10-minute idea, which I posted in #12 in the first draft (although not close to your wish to keep everything accessible), I am rather better aligned with the orientations (sun, view, zoning). More specifically: the kitchen has a poor character. There is hardly any workspace in this room to actually cook something. The zoning of the bedrooms is nonexistent. You always have to go through the entrance area to get to the toilet.
